I have an Acer Aspire E laptop. It’s been working fine since the Windows 10 upgrade a bit slower but I can live with it but I’ve noted that whenever I close the lid and set the laptop aside for a while the Elan touchpad stops working. I need to reboot the machine to get it back. I’ve checked and I have the most up to date drivers it seems so I’m at a loss as to what to do short of trashing Win 10 and going back to Win 8.
